What is Google Workspace?
Google Workspace is Google's subscription suite of business productivity and collaboration tools — Gmail on your own domain, Drive, Calendar, Meet, Chat, and Docs, Sheets, Slides and Forms — managed centrally through an Admin console. It replaces separate email hosting, file storage and meeting subscriptions with one licence per user.
The part businesses underestimate is the Admin console. Yes. Mail, contacts and calendars are copied across and verified while your current system stays live, so nothing depends on a single switchover moment. The MX record change is scheduled for a low-traffic window, and mail arriving during the transition is delivered once DNS propagates. We have done this from Microsoft 365, cPanel and IMAP webmail, consumer Gmail accounts, and on-premise servers.
