Business apps that do one job well
Most of the apps we build exist to move work off paper, WhatsApp, and spreadsheets and onto a phone — for the people outside your office as much as the ones inside it.
Customer-facing apps
Ordering, booking, loyalty, and account apps that give your customers a direct line to your business — with payments built in.
Field and sales team apps
Order taking, visit logs, deliveries, and service jobs captured on the phone and synced straight back to the office.
Internal operations apps
Approvals, stock checks, attendance, and dashboards your team can act on away from a desk.
Companion apps for your web system
A mobile front end for a portal, CRM, or ERP you already run, so the same data works on every screen.
One team from first sketch to the app stores
Product design and UX
Screen flows and interface design worked out with your team before any code is written, so the app fits how people will actually use it.
iOS and Android development
One project covering both platforms. We recommend native or cross-platform based on what the app needs to do, not on a default.
Backend and APIs
The server, database, and APIs behind the app — or a clean connection to the backend you already have.
In-app payments
Razorpay checkout, payment links, and subscriptions inside the app, with every payment landing in your accounts.
App Store and Play Store launch
Store listings, builds, and submission handled under your own developer accounts, so the app stays yours.
Support and updates
OS updates, fixes, and new features after launch, on a support plan sized to how much the app changes.
An app is only as useful as the data behind it
We are a Zoho, Microsoft, Google Workspace, Shopify, and Razorpay partner, so the app and the systems it talks to are handled by the same team.
Zoho CRM
Leads, orders, and visits written straight to the customer record
Zoho Books & Inventory
Stock, invoices, and payments kept in sync with the app
Razorpay
UPI, cards, netbanking, and wallets inside the app
Shopify
A mobile storefront or staff app on top of your store
Microsoft 365 & Google Workspace
Staff sign in with the work accounts they already have
Your own systems
Custom APIs, ERPs, and web apps — including ones we build
What a business app looks like in practice
Typical situations we design for — illustrations of the work, not specific client projects.
A distributor's sales reps
Reps visit shops, check stock, and place orders from the app. Orders land in Zoho CRM and Inventory before the rep leaves the counter, so nobody re-types a paper order sheet at the end of the day.
A service business taking bookings
Customers pick a slot, pay a deposit through Razorpay, and get reminders on their phone. Staff see the day's bookings in the same app, and payments reconcile against invoices on their own.
A field service team
Technicians receive jobs, log work with photos, and collect the customer's sign-off on site. The office sees each job close in real time instead of waiting for a call or a WhatsApp message.
Five steps from idea to an app your team relies on
Scope the app
Who uses it, what they need to do on a phone, and which systems it has to talk to. You get a written scope, a timeline, and a quote before work starts.
Design the screens
Clickable screen designs you can review with your team, so changes happen while they are cheap to make.
Build and connect
The app, its backend, and its integrations built in short cycles, with test builds on your own phone along the way.
Test and launch
Testing across devices, then App Store and Play Store submission under your accounts, and a supervised rollout to your users.
Support and improve
Fixes, OS updates, and the next round of features, based on how people actually use the app.
Mobile app questions we get asked most
Do you build apps for both iOS and Android?
Yes. Most business apps need to run on both, so we plan for iPhone and Android from the start. Depending on what the app does, we recommend either a cross-platform build that shares one codebase or separate native apps, and explain the trade-off in cost and performance before you decide.
How much does a mobile app cost?
It depends on the number of screens, the people using it, the systems it connects to, and whether a backend needs building. We quote after a scoping call, once we know what the app has to do.
How long does it take to build an app?
That depends on scope too. You get a timeline with the quote, broken into design, build, testing, and launch, so you can see where the time goes. A focused first version is usually the fastest way to get something into your users' hands.
Can the app connect to Zoho or our existing systems?
Yes, and this is where most of our work sits. We connect apps to Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, Razorpay, Shopify, and custom APIs or ERPs, so data entered on the phone ends up where your team already works.
Can we take payments inside the app?
Yes. As a Razorpay Partner we set up in-app checkout, payment links, and subscriptions, and connect settlements to your accounting system so payments reconcile without manual matching.
Do you publish the app to the App Store and Google Play?
Yes. We prepare the store listings and builds and handle submission and review. The app is published under your own Apple and Google developer accounts, so it belongs to your business.
Do you support the app after launch?
Yes. Apple and Google update their operating systems every year, and apps need to keep up. We offer support plans covering fixes, OS updates, and new features, sized to how actively the app is changing.
Do you work with businesses outside Kerala?
Yes. Our team is based in Malappuram, Kerala and works remotely with businesses across India, the GCC — the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, and Kuwait — Africa, and further afield.
