What is Zoho Campus?

Zoho describes Zoho Campus as an institutional platform that connects admissions, attendance, fees and staff records. Admins, teachers and students each get their own workspace, all reached through one login and one dashboard.

It sits inside Zoho for Education alongside Zoho Classes, the AI learning platform Zoho upgraded in July 2026. Zoho Campus is launching in India first.

Data, privacy and pricing

Zoho says Zoho Campus data is hosted in Indian data centres and that there are "no ads, ever". Both matter for institutions holding student data under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act.

Which institutions should try Zoho Campus

• Private colleges and schools still running fees and attendance on spreadsheets or separate tools.
• Institutions already on Zoho Mail or Zoho Workplace, since Campus includes institutional email.

The software is the easy part. A rollout that sticks usually goes like this:

2. Start with fees and attendance, the two modules everyone uses daily.
3. Train office staff before teachers; they will field every question.
