Zoho Analytics
A dashboard is only useful if the owner trusts the number on it without calling the accountant first.
Zoho Analytics pulls data from Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory and other Zoho apps, from TallyPrime and spreadsheets, and from databases and other software, then joins it into reports and dashboards that refresh on a schedule. We connect your sources, model the data so figures from different systems agree, build the dashboards each role actually reads, and set up who sees what. Ask Zia, its AI assistant, answers questions in plain language once the data is clean.

The parts of Zoho Analytics we configure
Zoho Analytics is priced per organisation by users and data rows. Most of the work is not drawing charts but making data from different systems agree.
Data connections
Built-in connectors for Zoho apps, a TallyPrime connector through Zoho Databridge, spreadsheets, databases and many third-party apps, each syncing on a schedule you set.
Data modelling
Tables joined on customer, item and branch, query tables for calculations, and consistent definitions for figures such as revenue and margin, so every report counts the same way.
Dashboards by role
An owner's dashboard with sales, collections, stock and margin; a sales manager's with pipeline and conversion; a branch manager's with only their branch.
Scheduled reports and alerts
Reports emailed to each manager on a schedule, and alerts when a figure crosses a threshold, such as overdue receivables or stock below reorder level.
Sharing and access
Users who build and view, view-only users sold in packs, and row-level filters so a branch or salesperson sees only their own data.
Ask Zia and AI insights
Ask Zia answers questions asked in plain language, and automatic insights show what changed. They work well only on a clean, well-named model, which is why we set them up last.
Which Zoho Analytics plan fits
Plans are set by users and data rows. Count the people who will build or explore reports; people who only read dashboards can be view-only users.
| Plan | Per org / month | Included | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | ₹0 | 2 users, 10,000 rows | Unlimited reports and dashboards in up to 5 workspaces. |
| Basic | ₹960 | 2 users, 0.5 million rows | Unlimited workspaces, reports and dashboards, business app connectors. |
| Standard | ₹1,900 | 5 users, 1 million rows | The usual starting point for a business blending two or three sources. |
| Premium | ₹4,200 | 15 users, 5 million rows | More users and data for multi-branch reporting. |
| Enterprise | ₹15,850 | 50 users, 50 million rows | For large data volumes and wide internal sharing. |
Zoho India list price per organisation per month, billed annually, as of October 2026, excluding GST. Extra users cost ₹200 a month each; view-only users are sold in packs of 25 (₹3,200 a month); more rows are an add-on. An on-premise edition is priced separately.
From scattered exports to one trusted dashboard
We start with the few numbers the owner checks every day and make those right before adding anything else.
- 1
Questions first
We list the decisions each role makes and the figures they need, and agree definitions for revenue, margin, collections and stock value.
- 2
Connect and model
Sources connected and scheduled, tables joined, and query tables written for the calculations your reports need.
- 3
Dashboards and checks
Dashboards built for each role and every key figure reconciled against the source system before anyone relies on it.
- 4
Sharing and training
Access set by role, scheduled reports and alerts switched on, and managers trained to read and filter their own reports.
Six reasons owners stop opening the dashboard
Figures never reconciled to Books or CRM, so the first wrong number ends trust in the rest.
Revenue defined differently in two reports, so two managers argue from two numbers.
Fifty charts on one dashboard instead of the five figures someone actually decides on.
Customer and item names that differ between systems, so joins quietly drop records.
Every user given edit rights, so reports change without anyone noticing.
Sync schedules left at defaults, so the dashboard shows yesterday's stock during today's meeting.
How businesses typically use Zoho Analytics
Example scenarios, not client case studies: the dashboards we are most often asked for.
Multi-branch retailer
Sales, margin and stock by branch and category, slow-moving stock, and daily figures emailed to the owner each night.
Sales-led business
Pipeline, conversion by source and salesperson, and revenue from Zoho Books matched to the deals in Zoho CRM that produced it.
Owner moving off Tally reports
Receivables, payables, cash and profit by month from TallyPrime through the connector, while the business decides whether to move accounts to Zoho Books.
Zoho Analytics — common questions
How much does Zoho Analytics cost in India?
Zoho Analytics has a Free plan for 2 users and 10,000 rows. Paid plans are priced per organisation: Basic ₹960 a month, Standard ₹1,900, Premium ₹4,200 and Enterprise ₹15,850, billed annually and excluding GST (October 2026), each with set users and data rows. Our implementation fee is separate and one-off.
Can Zoho Analytics report on Tally data?
Yes. Zoho Analytics has a TallyPrime connector that runs through Zoho Databridge, a small agent on the computer where Tally is installed. Ledgers, vouchers, stock summaries and trial balance sync on a schedule. TallyPrime must be running for the sync to work.
Do we need Zoho Analytics if Zoho CRM and Books have reports?
Not always. Each app's own reports cover that app well. Zoho Analytics is worth it when you need figures that combine apps — revenue by salesperson including collections, or sales against stock — or reports from systems outside Zoho.
Can managers see only their own branch or team?
Yes. Reports can be shared with filters so a branch manager or salesperson sees only their own rows, while the owner sees everything. People who only read dashboards can be added as view-only users.
How long does a Zoho Analytics implementation take?
A first owner's dashboard from one or two Zoho apps takes one to two weeks. Several sources including Tally or a database, data modelling and dashboards for each role usually take three to five weeks.
