Zoho Social
Posting is the easy part. The value is in a calendar the team agrees on, comments that get answered and enquiries that reach sales.
Zoho Social publishes and schedules posts across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Google Business Profile and more, monitors mentions and keywords, brings messages and comments into one inbox, and reports on what worked. On Premium it connects to Zoho CRM and Zoho Desk, so social enquiries become leads and complaints become tickets. We connect your channels, set up the calendar, approvals and roles, and wire social leads into CRM.

The parts of Zoho Social we configure
Zoho Social is priced per brand rather than per post. The plan is usually decided by team size, approvals and whether you want social leads in CRM, which need Premium.
Publishing and calendar
Posts scheduled across channels from one calendar, with drafts and the publishing calendar from Standard, and bulk scheduling and repeat posts from Professional.
Approvals and roles
Content approval workflows, custom roles and team discussion on posts from Premium, so nothing goes live without the right sign-off.
Inbox and monitoring
Messages and the monitoring dashboard from Professional; a unified inbox for comments and messages across channels, including WhatsApp Business and Telegram, on Premium.
Zoho CRM and Desk
On Premium, social enquiries create leads and contacts in Zoho CRM, and complaints can be passed to Zoho Desk as tickets.
Reports
Summary reports from Standard, post insights from Professional, and custom reports and a reports dashboard on Premium, with scheduled branded reports on the Agency plans.
Agencies
Agency plans manage 10 or 20 client brands, with a client portal, free client logins and agency-branded reports.
Which Zoho Social plan fits
Count your brands and the people who post or approve. A single business with a small team usually fits Professional or Premium; agencies start on Agency.

Five reasons a social tool ends up unused
Channels connected under a staff member's personal login, which breaks when they leave.
No agreed approval step, so posts are still sent for review over WhatsApp.
The inbox switched on with no one assigned, so comments wait days for a reply.
Enquiries in DMs never reaching CRM, so sales never sees them.
Reports showing likes and reach but not the leads and sales that matter to management.
