Zoho ERP

There comes a point where connecting five separate apps is harder than running one system built to hold them all.

Zoho ERP, launched in India in January 2026, brings core financials with GST compliance, procurement and supply chain, inventory and warehouses, quality, manufacturing, distribution, retail, billing, and HR and payroll into one system with one set of data. For many businesses Zoho Books with Zoho Inventory is still the better fit; ERP is for those whose operations have outgrown separate apps. We assess which side of that line you are on, then plan the modules, migrate your data and roll ERP out in phases.

What Zoho ERP covers

The Zoho ERP modules we implement

Zoho ERP is priced per user plus a charge per employee, with a minimum of five users. Most implementations go live in phases, finance first.

Core financials

Chart of accounts, banking and reconciliation, GST returns and filing, e-invoicing and e-way bills, fixed assets, budgeting, approvals and transaction locking.

Procurement and suppliers

Supplier onboarding and scoring, RFx and price bidding, purchase requests from employees, and automatic conversion from RFQ to purchase order.

Inventory and warehouses

Serial and batch tracking, expiry and damage, barcodes, replenishment rules, stock transfers, wave picking, put-away and bin management across locations.

Manufacturing and quality

Manufacturing orders, shop-floor production, work centres, cost templates and work schedules, with quality templates, rules and inspections.

Distribution and retail

Schemes and offers, beat planning for sales reps with geofencing, credit limits and collections, plus retail registers, loyalty and cash management.

Billing, HR and payroll

Subscription and recurring billing tied to revenue recognition, and core HR and payroll with compliance on the same employee data.

Zoho ERP plans and what they cost

Zoho ERP has two plans. Both charge per user who works in the system, plus a separate charge per employee.

PlanPer user / monthPer employee / monthScope
Standard₹999₹249Core financials with GST, e-invoicing and e-way bills, sales and purchases, inventory and warehouses, supply chain, manufacturing, distribution, retail, billing, HR and payroll. Minimum 5 users.
Premium₹2,499₹249For larger operations that need deeper capabilities, extended modules and advanced system features.

Zoho India list price per month, billed annually, as of October 2026, excluding GST: per user, plus a separate charge per employee. Monthly billing costs more (₹1,399 / ₹2,999 per user and ₹299 per employee). We confirm how your users and employees are counted when quoting.

ERP or separate apps

Zoho ERP or Zoho Books, Inventory and Zoho One?

A trading business with one or two godowns is usually better served by Zoho Books and Zoho Inventory: lower cost, faster to set up, and room to grow. Adding apps one at a time is a strength, not a compromise.

Zoho One bundles 45+ apps, including CRM, Books, Inventory, People and Payroll, on one licence, and suits businesses that want breadth across sales, finance and HR.

Zoho ERP makes sense when operations themselves are the hard part: manufacturing with work centres and quality checks, procurement with sourcing and bidding, distribution with beats and schemes, or warehouses with bins and wave picking, all needing to post to one set of books.

How we implement it

A phased Zoho ERP rollout

ERP projects fail when everything goes live at once. We phase the rollout so each module is trusted before the next depends on it.

  1. 1

    Fit assessment

We map your processes and decide honestly whether ERP, Zoho One or Books with Inventory fits, before any licence is bought.

  2. 2

    Design

Chart of accounts, item structures, locations, approval chains and the phase plan agreed with finance and operations.

  3. 3

    Migration and phase one

Masters, opening balances and open transactions migrated; finance and inventory go live first and are reconciled.

  4. 4

    Further phases and training

Procurement, manufacturing, distribution and payroll added in turn, each with role-based training and a review.

Where ERP projects go wrong

Five reasons ERP rollouts stall

  • Buying ERP when Books and Inventory would have done, then paying for modules no one uses.

  • Every module switched on at once, so finance cannot close the first month.

  • Item masters migrated without cleaning, so costing is wrong from day one.

  • Process owners not named, so decisions wait while the project drifts.

  • Training given once at go-live and never repeated for new staff.

FAQs

Zoho ERP — common questions

How much does Zoho ERP cost in India?

Zoho ERP Standard costs ₹999 per user a month and Premium ₹2,499, plus ₹249 per employee a month on both, billed annually and excluding GST (October 2026). Standard has a minimum of five users. Our implementation fee is separate and quoted after a fit assessment.

Is Zoho ERP available in India?

Yes. Zoho launched Zoho ERP in India in January 2026, with GST compliance, e-invoicing and e-way bills built into its core financials.

Should we choose Zoho ERP or Zoho One?

Zoho One covers sales, finance, HR and more across 45+ apps; Zoho ERP goes deeper on operations such as manufacturing, procurement, distribution and warehouses. If operations are the complex part of your business, look at ERP; if you need breadth across departments, Zoho One.

Can we move from Tally to Zoho ERP?

Yes. Ledgers, opening balances, items and open transactions are migrated and reconciled against Tally before go-live. Our Zoho migration page explains how we handle cut-off dates.

How long does a Zoho ERP implementation take?

The first phase, usually finance and inventory, takes six to ten weeks for a mid-size business. Manufacturing, procurement and payroll follow in later phases, so a full rollout typically runs three to six months.
