SLA-Backed Zoho Support Partner · Nairobi, Kenya

Zoho Service Partner Kenya | CRM, Books & One

SLA-backed ongoing support for Kenyan businesses already live on CRM, Books, or Zoho One — ticket handling, admin and configuration changes, user training, and integration maintenance.

Serving businesses in Upper Hill, Westlands, Kilimani, and across Nairobi, plus Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, and Eldoret.

A live Zoho instance without a support partner doesn't fail all at once — it degrades quietly, ticket by ticket. A dedicated retainer keeps CRM, Books, and your M-Pesa, WhatsApp, and eTIMS integrations running the way they were built to.

What ongoing support covers

A Dedicated Support Team, A Documented SLA, And Response Times You Can Actually Rely On

A Zoho instance already live in production needs more than best-effort help from a reseller. It needs ticket handling with a real response-time SLA, ongoing configuration as your business changes, and monitoring on the integrations that can't afford to fail quietly.

Support Built Around A Documented SLA, Not A Best-Effort Promise

Our support team works from a structured ticketing system and a documented SLA, not an inbox someone checks when they have time, so every request has an owner and a guaranteed response window.

  • A single support contact instead of a different person every time
  • Monitoring that catches integration failures before they cost you a transaction
  • A documented change log your team can reference any time
  • Support scoped clearly, so you know what's covered and what escalates to Zoho

workspace_premiumWhy Kenyan Businesses Choose A Support Partner

Why Kenyan Businesses Need A Zoho Support Partner

From Nairobi's Upper Hill offices to Mombasa's freight corridor — dedicated support designed for how Kenyan businesses actually run once Zoho is already live

1

Zoho Instances Drift Out Of Configuration As Teams Change

Workflows and automations that worked at go-live slowly get overridden by well-meaning fixes, and within a year almost nobody remembers why a rule was built the way it was.

2

In-House Staff Turnover Leaves Nobody Who Understands The Setup

The person who configured CRM or Books moves on, and the institutional knowledge of why things are set up a certain way leaves with them.

3

Integrations Break Silently Without Monitoring

M-Pesa, WhatsApp, and eTIMS integrations don't usually fail loudly — a stalled webhook or an expired credential can sit broken for weeks before anyone notices.

Ready for a dedicated team who answers before something breaks?

Join 60+ businesses across Nairobi, Mombasa, Kisumu, and Nakuru already on our support retainer plans. Haven't purchased Zoho yet? Start with our Zoho Consultant page. Still building your instance? See our Zoho Implementation Partner page instead.

Problems Kenyan businesses solve with a Zoho support retainer

What to check first

A live Zoho instance without an SLA partner doesn't fail all at once. It degrades quietly, ticket by ticket.

A dedicated Zoho support partner in Kenya removes the guesswork around who answers when something breaks and how long that will take — agreed in writing, not discovered the day a ticket goes unanswered.

Common Support Gaps:

1

No defined response time when a ticket is raised

2

No one tracking whether integrations are actually still working

3

No documented record of what was changed and when

4

New staff left to learn the CRM by trial and error

5

No plan for what happens when a Zoho platform update breaks something

"Most Kenyan businesses on a live Zoho instance find an SLA retainer costs less than the time lost to a single unmonitored integration failure."

Support focus

What Kenyan businesses fix first with a support retainer

01

No defined response time

Without a documented SLA, a ticket can sit for an hour or a week — there's no way to know which, and no one to hold to it.

02

No one tracking integration health

M-Pesa, WhatsApp, and eTIMS integrations run quietly in the background until the day they stop, and by then something has usually already gone wrong.

03

No training for new staff

Every new hire either gets trained by whoever has ten free minutes, or not at all, and the gaps show up in how the CRM gets used.

Response-time SLA required

A 1-hour response guarantee costs more to staff than a next-business-day SLA.

compareAd-hoc support vs a dedicated SLA partner

When ad-hoc reseller support is enough vs when it's time for a dedicated SLA partner

Understanding when informal support is enough, and when it starts costing you

check_circle
1

Where ad-hoc reseller support is still fine

For a single, low-stakes app with no integrations and a patient team, occasional help from your original reseller can still cover the basics.

upgrade
2

Where ad-hoc support starts costing you

Once tickets go unanswered for days, or an integration fails silently, the cost of waiting starts to outweigh what a retainer would have charged.

check_circle
3

When one in-house admin is enough

A single dedicated staff member who understands the setup and isn't planning to leave can cover day-to-day fixes for a while.

upgrade
4

When a dedicated SLA partner earns its cost

Once that person leaves, or the business depends on integrations that can't afford to fail quietly, a documented SLA keeps support from depending on one person's memory.

lightbulb

Why a dedicated SLA partner matters in Kenya

It matters in Kenya because the businesses running Zoho day-to-day — SACCOs answerable to SASRA, NGOs on donor reporting cycles, exporters reconciling M-Pesa payments — are also the ones with the thinnest in-house IT bench. A single admin leaving, or a ticket sitting unanswered for a week, isn't a minor inconvenience in a compliance-sensitive business; it's the moment a workflow silently stops working and no one notices until a report is due.

verifiedHonest fit check

When a paid support retainer may not be right yet

We believe in transparency — a dedicated retainer isn't the right fit for every setup, yet

warning
1

If you're a single user on one Zoho app with no integrations, occasional help from your reseller or a one-off consulting call may cover you for now — a full retainer may be more than you need yet.

help_centerFAQS

Questions Kenyan businesses ask before choosing a Zoho support partner

1

What's covered under the SLA, and what isn't?

The SLA covers ticket handling, admin and configuration changes, user support and training, and monitoring on the integrations agreed at onboarding. New module builds or major projects fall outside the retainer and get scoped and quoted separately.

2

What response-time guarantee do I get?

Response times depend on your tier — next-business-day on Basic, a 4-hour SLA on Standard, and 1–2 hours on Premium. The exact commitment is documented in your SLA agreement before support starts.

3

Can you support a Zoho instance built by another implementation partner?

Yes. Most retainers start with an environment review that documents your existing setup, regardless of who originally built it.

4

Is training included?

Yes, user training sessions are part of every retainer, scoped to your plan. Larger onboarding projects for many new hires at once may be quoted as a separate engagement.

5

What happens during a Zoho platform update?

A platform-update readiness check flags what's likely to break ahead of a major release, and any workflow breakage caused by an update is handled as a covered ticket within your retainer.

6

What's the contract length, and can I cancel?

Retainers typically run month-to-month after an initial minimum term, usually three months. Cancellation terms are defined in your SLA agreement.

7

Do you offer out-of-hours support?

Yes, as an add-on to any tier, extending your SLA's response times beyond standard business hours to evenings and weekends.

8

How is this different from your Consulting service?

Consulting is independent, vendor-neutral advisory before you've purchased Zoho — audits, module selection, and quote review. This service is ongoing, SLA-backed support for a Zoho instance already live and in daily use.

9

How is this different from your Implementation Partner service?

Implementation is the initial build — configuration, data migration, and go-live. This service picks up once you're live in production and need ongoing tickets, admin changes, and monitoring handled.

10

How is pricing structured?

Retainers are priced monthly based on ticket volume, response-time SLA, number of integrations, and number of users. Planning ranges run from KES 25,000 to KES 180,000 per month depending on tier.

11

Is there a minimum retainer size?

The Basic tier is a reasonable starting point for a single-app small business. There's no hard minimum beyond that, and plans scale up as your ticket volume and integrations grow.

12

What if my issue needs Zoho itself, not you?

Your SLA agreement defines an escalation path for platform-level issues. We manage the ticket with Zoho's own support on your behalf wherever possible, so it doesn't stall with no owner.
